At SS Plus Pharma, we are committed to ensuring the quality of products supplied. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are accepted.

1. Order Cancellation

• Once dispatched, cancellations will be treated as returns (see below).

2. Return Eligibility

SS Plus Pharma currently serves clients across Pune and select areas in Maharashtra. The following outlines our shipping and delivery practices.

1. Service Area

We primarily deliver within Pune city and Pune district. For orders outside Pune, please contact us to confirm serviceability before placing your order.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Within Pune City: Same day or next business day delivery (subject to order placement time).
• Pune District & Nearby Areas: 1–3 business days.
• Other Maharashtra Locations: 3–5 business days (on case-by-case basis).

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Minimum order values may apply for free delivery.

4. Packaging

All products are packed appropriately to maintain quality and integrity during transit. Temperature-sensitive products are packed with appropriate cold-chain packaging.

5. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of an authorized recipient, re-delivery will be attempted once. Further attempts may incur additional charges.
